Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise specified in any writing by Bulb Basics, the following sales terms and conditions shall apply to any and all orders from our website (www.bulbbasics.com), and may not be altered in any way. In these sales terms and conditions, the Bulb Basics Company designated in the seller’s order acknowledgement is referred to as “Seller”. The party to whom the seller’s order acknowledgement is addressed is referred to as “Buyer.” Any attempt to alter this document or to place an order deviating from terms and conditions will nullify the order, unless there is a signed agreement between the buyer and Bulb Basics.
Return and Refund Policy
The Bulb Basics return policy is for a full refund (25% restocking fees are applied) within 30 days if the item is unopened and in new condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. The return must be approved by Bulb Basics first and accompanied by an approval email which will be provided after the decision. If the item has been used or tested then it cannot be returned. Shipping charges for returns are paid by the buyer and there is a 25% restocking fee applied. If we make a mistake on your order we will cover shipping and you don't have to pay a restocking fee. After 30 days of purchase, returns cannot be accepted and no refunds can be offered.

Shipping costs are dependent on the methods that are selected at checkout based on the weight of the order. The weight of the order is rounded up and it is shipped via UPS, USPS, or Fedex. Free Shipping is only applicable when there is a promotion associated with the order.

Delivery Time Terms
Orders placed before 1:00pm Central time on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00pm Central time will be processed on the following business day within 24 hours.
If there is a warranty offered for a product, a customer can send the product back for a replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping charges after 30 days for defects under warranty. Estimated lifetime hours of a product does not imply a warranty. If you have any questions about warranties please reach out.
